How do sprints start?
Book a discovery call. If it's a fit, we scope the sprint in writing (SOW) within 48 hours — objectives, deliverables, timeline, and price. Sprints start within a week of a signed SOW.
What if scope changes mid-sprint?
Sprints are fixed-scope by design. If requirements shift materially, we pause, re-scope in writing, and agree on any price or timeline change before continuing. No silent overruns.
Do I need an ongoing engagement after a sprint?
No. Each sprint is standalone. Many clients convert to a Retainer for ongoing work, but there is no pressure or obligation to continue.
Are there founding-client discounts?
First-three-clients founding pricing applies — up to 20% discount for the first 3 months. Ask on the discovery call.
